SL 101 LE High Temp Aluminum Filled Casting System

 

Description:

SL 101 low exotherm aluminum filled casting system was developed as a three component system that allows the user to customize each tool to fit the needs of the end product. Simply mix the hardener with the resin to create a low viscosity blend, and then add the mineral filler as needed to meet the viscosity requirements for the casting. The more filler added the lower the exotherm. For thin castings, use less filler, for thick castings use more filler. Your choice of aluminum or ceramic granulates may then be added to help keep tooling costs down. A post cure is required to reach maximum physical properties.
